New Entry Hole.

Just came back from my BH visit.
We finally managed to close the old entry hole and opened the new one as hinted to us by the birds.

Here is the result two days after the change.
Do you think birds flew into this new hole?
Please compare this video with the previous one.

  1. The window entrance looks good. If you can maintain this may visitors you should have at least 100 nest in the first year.

You can try fix a bazooka say odffset 2 feet below the entrance at 45 degrees upwards. Then turn down the volum of the LMB (Window Entrance) and pretty loud on the bazooka. You should see an oncrease of number of birds entering the roving area and therefore increase the chance that they will inspect the nesting room and hopefully stay. Good luck. BEN

  2. Thanks so much Ben, not quite sure I understand what you meant.
Do you have a picture of how the bazooka should be installed?

  3. Hi Ben, do you suggest turning on the bazz only in the evening say 4-730pm when the birds return. Tx.

  4. I acually onn my bazooka from 6.30 am to 8.30 am then on them again at 11.30 am to 1pm . On again at 3p.30 pm to 7pm and off together with the LMB sound. This will allowed the birds to go feeding and and keep the birds excited for longer period. I do change my Bazooka quite frequently. You will have to adjust to your time zone as our daylight hours is different of 1 hour i belief.
